“To activate the ‘third eye’ and perceive higher dimensions, the pineal and the pituitary must vibrate in unison, which is achieved through meditation or sungazing. When a correct relationship is established between the personality, operating through the pituitary, and the soul, operating through the pineal, a magnetic field is created. The pineal can generate its own magnetic field because it contains magnetite. This field can interact with the earth’s magnetic field.
The solar wind at dawn, charging the earth’s magnetic field, stimulates the pineal gland. This is why the period between 4 and 6 am is the best time to meditate and why sunrise is the best time to sungaze.
The use of mantras and chanting can also gradually awaken the pineal because it sits above the mouth suspended in the third ventrical, a chamber filled with cerebrospinal fluid, what some esotericists have called “the grail.” Its location above the mouth in a fluid chamber makes the pineal gland quite uniquely positioned to respond to sonic vibrations.

Behind the pituitary in the center of the head is the pineal gland which is one of the entry points for soul energy. As each portion of the brain develops, communication between the two halves strengthens. The connecting link between the physical and psychic halves of the brain is the psychic bridge known as “antahkarana.” This bridge can be strengthened through sound exercises.”

SaLuSa - With the Light as your protection the lower energies can no longer harm you, or deflect you from your path. Staying within your light is a discipline that you will come to learn, that will also keep you safe from psychic attacks. Be alert and you will not drop your guard in response to such attacks, and know that these can come from discarnate Beings. 33. We add here a note of caution. Telepathic connections are opening, and you must be aware that dark entities are just as eager to reach you as light beings are. Ask for Christed light protection and demand that only light beings may speak to you. Please do not feel that “Christed” is an inappropriate word for you to use because you think it pertains to Christian religions. It doesn’t.
Christed light, which is the same as love, is the pure essence of Creator and the most powerful force in the cosmos. It emanates from the Christed realm, Creator’s first expression of Itself into souls—this realm closest to Creator is the origin of the archangels. Once you are in fourth density, you will be able to communicate telepathically without any intrusion by dark entities as their dense energy cannot reach those high frequencies.
